Field Trips

SIGNALS Museum showcases the scientific principles, history, and technological advancements associated with the evolution of communication technology. The museum offers hands-on experiences and diverse exhibits that make learning about communication technology engaging and memorable.
SIGNALS Museum Field Trips are designed to challenge and educate students in the middle and high school age range along with adults of all ages. The exhibits have been created on a level that may be too advanced for the typical elementary and preschool student. As such, we recommend field trips primarily for grades 5th -12th.
All school field trips are led by a knowledgeable tour guide who interacts with the students to ensure they learn about the scientific discoveries and principles that led to the development and maturation of communication technology. The guided tour lasts approximately one hour and consists of stops in eight exhibit areas.
To qualify for field trip pricing, groups must have a minimum of 10 students.
Field trips are available beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
