The SIGNALS Museum refund policy is defined below.

​Museum Admission: Non-Refundable

Memberships: Non-Refundable

Donations: Non-Refundable

Event Rentals: Upon Notice up to14 Calendar Days Before Event

REFUNDS

Clients can cancel an event contract up 14 calendar days before the scheduled event without penalty.  If the client elects to cancel less than 14 calendar days prior to the event, the client forfeits 100% of the deposit.
